What happens next?

First, thank you for allowing us to help celebrate your loved one’s birthday. We consider it an honor and will work diligently to make it the best present ever!
  • 1. As soon as we receive the order, you will receive an email from us at Rock Remembered acknowledging your project.
  • 2. Within a few days we will send you another email, this one with an outline of the show and a proposed song list.
  • 3. Within 2 weeks you’ll get your 3rd email. It will contain the show script for your review and comments. We don’t want to miss anything. You’ll need to approve the script as soon as possible. Any delay could delay delivery within the promised 30 days.
  • 4. As soon as you’ve approved the script, the recording, editing, and production begins.
  • 5. You will receive 2 copies of the program within 30 days of your order (providing you don’t take too long to approve the script).
